Finding the right buyer
China is not one market. The distributor who can move your product in Shanghai on-trade is rarely the one who can place it in a regional gifting channel. Choosing wrongly costs a year.

Norlanta is a Swedish brokerage. We find Chinese buyers for producers of specialty goods, and we coordinate the regulatory work that sits between a signed order and a cleared shipment.

Food and beverage producers must be registered with China's customs administration before a single case clears. The rules changed in June 2026 and declarations are now rejected for omissions that used to pass.
Origin-country production standards and Chinese import standards both apply, and they do not always agree. Labelling, certification and bottling rules have to be reconciled before production, not after arrival.
We are direct about the boundary, because the alternative is a promise we cannot keep.
Identify and qualify Chinese buyers. Introduce your product. Support negotiation on price, terms and delivery. Research the regulatory path and assemble the documentation set. Keep the relationship working after the first order.
Freight, customs clearance, inspection and trade finance are carried out by licensed third parties — customs agents, forwarders, inspection bodies and banks. We select them, brief them, and hold the schedule together. We do not perform licensed activities ourselves and do not represent otherwise.
Sign on your behalf. Set final pricing without your approval. Commit you to a transaction. Every agreement is executed by you.
Norlanta is recently formed and says so. What we can offer instead of a long client list is complete verifiability — Sweden publishes more company data, to anyone, than almost any other jurisdiction.
Company registration — extract
Norlanta AB is currently being registered with Bolagsverket, the Swedish Companies Registration Office. Once registration completes, our organisationsnummer, directors, share capital and annual accounts become public and searchable in English at bolagsverket.se — and we will publish the number here. We would rather you checked.
If China is on your list and you are not sure whether your product can legally get there, that is the conversation to have first. It is usually a short answer and it saves a great deal of wasted effort.
